friendly staffthoughtful arrangementattentive service
Pam offered a lovely welcome on arrival. I had a proper table in the reception area for meals. This arrangement was thoughtful. Gregory and other staff provided attentive service. They ensured I had everything I needed.
The check-in process felt somewhat clunky. I noticed the bedroom styling lacked charm. It felt a bit old.

The front desk staff were very efficient. The hearty breakfast offered a great start to the day with plentiful options available. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. I had a very restful sleep.
I noticed that the soundproofing could be improved slightly as I occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in.
My room was located above the kitchen area, so I could not open the window without a strong smell of cooking. The bathroom window would not open either, and the fan was broken. This resulted in mould on the tiles. Paint was peeling and some bathroom tiles were cracked.
